Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GC Chat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of GC Chat for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

Description of Service

GC Chat is a mobile application that provides:

  • Offline character chat functionality
  • AI-powered character conversations
  • Custom character creation and customization
  • Chat history storage (local to your device)

The App is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only.

Accuracy of Information

GC Chat provides AI-powered character conversations. However:

  • AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any conversation content
  • Conversations are for entertainment purposes only
  • Character responses are generated and should not be considered factual information

You acknowledge that any reliance on conversation content shall be at your own risk.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the information provided responsibly and at your own discretion

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GC Chat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

GC Chat, the GC Chat logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of GC Chat. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM AND NEGATE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

  • Implied warranties or conditions of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights
  • Accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GC CHAT, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GC Value. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that GC Value shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
